Groundworks
Groundworks - at dcmandpartners we have been carrying out all manner of groundworks for the past 30 years. Whether shovel or digger we have the expertise for one of the first processes for any construction project.
What we do:
Excavation: we begin by determining where to position the foundations of the structure, depending on what is to be built. Factors we must consider before beginning include, size and dimensions of a project I.E. dwarf walls, conservatories or two storey extension. Additional concerns include, soil conditions and potential issues with trees and their roots, that could lead to later problems with the project. Once all these criteria have been met, the next stage is then to concrete the foundations. In preparation for brick work or slab laying.
Drainage - If required for the project we shall install the necessary measures. This action can be taken using either plastic or glazed pipe work with connectors including inspection chambers. The latest in new designs and technology in rain water soakaways and treatment works allows us to offer a variety of options to you the customer. Would you like to know more?
